Welcome Lauren Ayres, Royal Oaks & East Garden Property Manager!

We're thrilled to announce the arrival of Lauren Ayres as the new Property Manager at Royal Oaks & East Garden Apartment Homes! Lauren brings a wealth of experience to the table, having spent an impressive 20 years in the property management industry.

Lauren's journey began as a leasing agent, and her dedication and talent saw her quickly rise through the ranks. She tackled challenging multi-site management positions, successfully turning them around with the help of her dedicated teams. Her experience extends to regional management and even a stint in a corporate setting where she spearheaded a major property system migration.

But Lauren's passion lies in operations. She's a proven leader with a deep understanding of systems and a strong track record of increasing NOI (Net Operating Income) and ROI (Return on Investment). Additionally, Lauren holds a Master's degree in Mental Health, demonstrating her commitment to fostering a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff.

While Lauren admits talking about herself isn't her forte, we can all agree that a love for life, a dedication to family (including three children, two dogs, two cats, and a gerbil!), and a passion for her work are all fantastic qualities!
